What We Do

At Claravine we help large organizations solve difficult data integrity problems, often within their marketing groups. We do this through The Data Standards Cloud, a web SaaS product that enables customers to set their own data standards and provide a way for their teams to validate their data. We Are Hiring

We are hiring an Agency Client Partner focused on the Claravine agency book of business. This role will manage the relationship between Claravine and stakeholders across agencies that are direct customers of Claravine. This includes a broad spectrum from small, independent media agencies to large, publicly held, global agencies. The right candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex accounts, building direct relationships with both day-to-day practitioners and C-level executive sponsors on the customer side (ideally agencies)
  • Thorough familiarity with the advertising and marketing technology spaces
  • A background selling SaaS technology and / or servicing SaaS technology customer accounts
  • Ability to understand and interpret partner business and technical requirements to translate product benefit across specific use cases
  • Willingness to travel extensively and sometimes with short notice
  • Exceptional relationship development with an emphasis on expanding the business footprint within the customer organization while growing the scope of commercial engagements
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to translate insights, product information, and data into partner value (explain complex concepts in consumable terms)
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Focus on proactive account expansion ideation and disciplined follow up and follow through on all partner commitments
  • Demonstrated high level of self-direction and decision making

What You’ll Do

As an Agency Client Partner you will:

  • Serve as the primary, day-to-day relationship holder for the agency customer
  • Establish dedicated team resources that will initiate and support the account as well as oversee the onboarding and rollout of new agency customers
  • Ensure delivery of contracted technology and services to agency clients
  • Be responsible for agency customer satisfaction and achievement of maximum retention
  • Grow new and developing agency customer business, expanding scope of initial contract and navigating into adjacent areas of opportunity within the agency in partnership with Agency Sales
  • Collaborate with Marketing in the formulation and production of case studies and other co-marketing like joint webinars, events, and guest blog pieces
  • Work across Client Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product to support agency customer needs
  • Perform Strategic QBRs/EBRs with agency customer stakeholders
