Claravine Women’s Initiative invites you to our exclusive virtual event: Women, Wine and Chocolate on Thursday March 11th 7-8:30 PM Eastern.
About The Event
What it takes to become an effective, purposeful leader is gender agnostic. The commitments leaders make to their followers and the expectations followers have of their leaders are the same—regardless of gender. But, the path to that position of leadership is different for women. The reason is women encounter different obstacles to advancement.
These hurdles can impede women’s progress to advance, and require women to develop specific competencies to conquer the hurdles—and the competencies are very specific to women leaders.
Linkage, whose mission is to change the face of leadership to include more women and POC, has spent the past 22 years studying the gender equity crisis and working with organizations to ready their top female talent for advancement. They have designed a roadmap for what women need to do to advance in their careers – not just to succeed when they get there.
Join the Women’s Initiative for an overview of Linkage’s research, and a lively discussion about how you can both master your hurdles and competencies, as well as help women in your organization to do the same.
Perk Alert! Join us live to be eligible to win:
- One week access to watch Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute Keynote: Mastering Your Inner Critic
